The CSTO video conference chaired by Armenia on Kazakhstan began with a minute of silence in memory of those killed in recent days in Kazakhstan.
At the beginning of the meeting, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced a minute of silence. Then he presented the agenda of the meeting and gave the floor to the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The meeting is attended by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the Secretary General of the CSTO Stanislav Zas.
