On July 23, at around 1:30 p.m., in the border zone of Gegharkunik, Armenian security guards found a soldier of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, enlisted Kamiz Mubarizi Ibayev, who had crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. It turned out that he had got lost, Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports.

Ibayev was transferred to the Azerbaijani side through the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh.
